Digital Papers Document Scanning Bureau can handle anything from a receipt to an AO drawing enabling us to speedily transform your documents into a digital format. Either Creating PDF files or uploading the scanned files to our secure Web Server giving you the ability to instantly access all your documents online through the DMS (Document Management System) from your Desktop and share them with colleagues across the globe.

A PDF would normally be Indexed "Titled" with a single Index similar to the original Paper File. The Document Management Software provides up to 10 separate levels of Indexing opening up a more flexible way to search and find documents and files.

We offer a number of ways in which we can handle your files.  Collecting on an as and when  basis where the client calls to confirm they have files ready for scanning. Pre-arranged regular dated pick ups or sent in via the PO Box service.  Document Management Software users also have the option to use the Drag and Drop feature to add Documents and Scanned files themselves.
