  • Scan on demand where only files needed would be scanned and uploaded.
“Cloud Doc” provides via your Desktop total security of access to your Files and Data and complies to all GDPR requirements. All actions are under the umbrella of “Cloud Doc”. No external email is used for Data Transfer.

• Mail Room.
Allows the Post is scanned into a New Documents tray from where it is distributed to Individual Users or Departments In trays for review and processing. All new mail can be redirected to our Bureau for processing or through an internal set up.
• Internal File Sharing 
Cloud Doc allows documents to be passed between colleagues with the option to add notes requesting action and for replies with  comment and reviews, 
• Drag & Drop File Upload
Provides each authorised user the ability to add and file a new document in the same way as adding to a paper file.
 
These are in addition to the basic modules for: -

• Bureau Service for Back file scanning
