The New Documents Module can be used as an alternative to the full Workflow Module.

The module allows you to define multiple trays for each database, through which new documents that have been added to the DMS via either the Indexing Module or InScan can be worked with (authorised etc) before being stored in the main database.

  • Basic Workflow functionality, without timed events

  • Multiple user definable trays

  • Full auditing through the optional Audit Module
