In normal times when the post arrives it is Opened, Date Stamped and taken to a departments or peoples In Trays. The world has changed, Offices are closed and staff are working remotely from home.  Getting the post securely distributed is a challenge. Scanning and attaching to an email is one option but do you really want your staff to risk opening attachments. with the inherent dangers of  downloading a virus.
By using our Digital Post Room as an In-House solution or Combining the Royal Mails redirection service to redirect the post to our ISO 9001 and ISO 2001 certificated bureau, it is opened, date stamped and then scanned.
Totally secure and confidential In-Trays are created for each user and/or department within the MY Digital Office where the scanned documents are placed. The user can then view and read the documents exactly as they would a paper file. Process it or forward it to another member of staff for comment or review.
The original scanned file/document and any response sent can then be Indexed as required and filed away within the MY Digital Office.
Scanning existing paper files will allow users secure and instant access to review the history in the same way as pulling the file from the filing cabinet.
